This is probably one of the coolest things Ive ever seen. Given, I am very much into science, maths, and the like, but you know what - maybe you are too!
Its an effect by using a strobe light and a very highly calculated intervals. The water glows and with the strobe lighting it up, it looks like its standing still! Frozen in time!
